"Practos Principais"
For our quest, who are not familiar with Brazilian cuisine,
we have provided some main food definitions. Feel free to ask your server
any questions about our entrees.
Farofa - Toasted manioc (yucca) flour seasoned with sautéed garlic,
onions, carrots, raisins, and parsley.
Vatapá - Coconut cream blended with red peppers flakes, ground
cashews, and dried shrimp.
Refogado - Sauté of garlic, onions, green peppers and tomatoes.

All entrees served with salada da casa or soup of the day.
